2026 Scholarship Winner
The mission of TranScience is to promote science, healthcare, and innovation through education, research, training, and projects. Our scholarship is one pillar of our mission. To sustain and strengthen our mission, we ask and hope that recipients of our scholarship will consider donating back to the program within the second year of their careers. By accepting and receiving the scholarship, we hope the recipients will donate at least 20% of their scholarship amount each year back to our scholarship program until the full original amount is reached. TranScience will always use 100% of the donation toward any specific program. The uniqueness of TranScience is that all donations will never be used toward the operation of our non-profit organization. This year 2026 TranScience Scholarship will give recipients $5,000 to help with tuition.
This year, we proudly awarded a scholarship to a remarkable individual pursuing a degree in Engineering. Our recipient has faced unique challenges on their educational journey, balancing work, family responsibilities, and financial barriers-yet they have demonstrated exceptional resilience and commitment to their goals.
Beyond academics, our recipient embody leadership, compassion, and service. They have managed clinics, supported peers, trained future healthcare workers, volunteered in their communities, and served as role models in their respective fields. Their story shows how far determination can take someone, and how meaningful it is to support people who are working hard to make a difference.
This year’s winner reminds us that success is not defined by age or timeline-it’s never too late to pursue your purpose, rewrite your path, and chase opportunities once out of reach. A little support can go a long way, and we are honored to invest in the future of Benjamin Gonzalez
